Usually people think that healthy food can never be tasty and they choose to go with heavy non healthy meals. Most of the Indians have  different kinds of parathas, heavy sandwiches or samosas, kachori etc for their morning breakfast which are obviously not a healthy options. 

Instead of these options, if we try something healthy yet tasty our body will thank us tons of times. If you've noticed, when we wake up in the morning our body behaves differently in the first few minutes to an hour than rest of the day. During the first 30 minutes,your body is restarting its engine, so you should go for light and nutritious breakfast. 





A plate full of fruits or a glass of juice and handful dry fruits or an oatmeal can make your morning very healthy and fresh. If you don't like plain oats you can add veggies like carrot,cabbage, capsicum or sweetcorn to oats while cooking and a pinch of salt on it, trust me it really tastes so good. Fresh fruits are always good to your body, two figs and milk or one banana and a slice of watermelon will also be good to start your morning and you can have this before your workout so that you will feel energetic. You can also make a sandwich of brown breads with few pieces of fruits of your choice. And eating healthy will definitely make difference for sure. The most basic thing to look beautiful and fresh is to eat healthy food. Yes of course you can have your cheat meals once in a 2 weeks but try to maintain it. stay healthy stay happy.
