Best exercise in morning



Morning exercise is the best thing to keep yourself healthy. And also to stay away from heart diseases. There is no age limits for doing exercise. Exercise in the morning keeps you fresh throughout the day and it is considered as one of the to do thing for everyone.
In the busy and tight scheduled life we don't get time to work out. Actually we don't make it our priority. To follow a good and happy life, we should be able to keep our mind calm. And for that we need to have some 'me' time, in which you will have some good exercise and healthy beginning of the day. Few good and effective work out I'm sharing with you.

- SURYANAMASKAR:
 Surya namaskar is one my favorite for morning exercise. Surya namaskar has various benefits.
It is followed by 12 basic steps. Every single step has it's benefits. It helps to reduce anxiety, and detoxifies body. Surya namaskar brings down blood sugar level. And women's favorite part, it glows skin too. Obviously it helps to lose weight.
If you're going for suryanamaskar for the first time, you should go wisely, like you do 2 sets of suryanamaskar for for first 2-3 days and then you increase the sets accordingly. Its really helpful and will definitely make difference.


-PRANAYAMA:                                                                                                                                          
Pranayam is good for your physical as well as mental health. It helps to keep you calm, and improves concentration. Pranayam acts as stress reliever. Increases gray matter of brain. It is good for nasal          passages and sinuses. It boost immunity and takes good care of lungs. Pranayam helps to treat sleep    disorder.                                                                                                                                                     
 Pranayam benefits your skin, you should know how 
Because pranayam means holding the breath and releasing it (breath retention) . When we hold the breath inside the body, it provides oxygen to our skin cells. specially bramari pranayam and bhastrika pranayam has very positive effects on facial skin.


these two are must do in morning. But many people go to gym, zumba or dance class and aerobics that is also fine. People who can't go to gym or anywhere out for workout because of less time or any other reasons, they should try exercising at home definitely.
